Mount Belford (June 2004)
I took a nice solo trip to Mount Belford and Oxford spending the night on top of Belford. The weather was great.[ pictures ]

Mount Uncompahgre (March 2004)
Dave and I climbed uncompahgre in march. It was almost a winter climb but we where a few days too late- the weather was more like late spring and the snow pack was very sloppy. [ pictures ]

Mount Antero (March 2004)
I went hiking on Mount Antero with some CMC folks. The weather was cool and cloudy the Saturday we left. Over night the wind push any weather out of the way for a spectacular summit day. [ pictures ]

Dolly Sods (March 2003)
Dad and I visited Dolly Sods again 2 weeks later. There was still lots of snow, but it was still melting. We took lots of pictures and I got some good sunrise photos. [ pictures ]

Dolly Sods (February 2003)
In February I decided to go skiing alone in dolly sods. It was a nice relaxing trip. I slept outside and didn't bring a tent. [ pictures ]

Dolly Sods (January 2003)
Dave and I cross country skied the backcountry of Dolly Sods. We entered the sods from the forest road at bear rocks. Conditions where perfect on the first day: cold and calm. On our day out -- the air still cold -- the wind was blowing nearly 40 mph. [ pictures ]

Newfoundland (August 2002)
Less than a week after climbing Mount Rainier, Dave and I drove 36 hours to hike in Gros Morne National Park. We hiked both the Long Range and the North Rim Traverse-- both of us have hike here before. [ pictures ]

The grand finale of our trip to the northwest lead us to Mount Rainier. We climbed the Emmons - Winthrop Glacier route; We successfully reached the summit and the weather was beautiful nearly the whole time. [ pictures ]
